A for effort. Rooms are extremely nice. However, I cancelled my rooms for the remainder of the week. Limited food choices in area for business traveler, and the hotel restaurant is terrible. Service people tried to correct things, but there just reaches a point of no return. I finally resorted to a grilled cheese and tomato soup sent to my room. No grilled cheese arrived and tomato soup was below average, no spoon provided.

TV in room is backlit, total design flaw, then would not turn off. Maintenance had to come up and disable the function. Light switches have blinking lights on them that are very disruptive to sleep.
